As a professional actor for over 20 years, Christopher has starred in many theatre, film & television productions, including Godspell (Sydney Opera House), Blues Brothers (State Theatre) and Wind in the Willows (Botanic Gardens).
Other credits include roles in All Saints, Underbelly 3 and Star Wars Episode 2.
Christopher is probably best known for his role as the quirky neighbour “Nudge” in Channel 7’s long running sitcom HeyDad.
As a singer and guitarist, Christopher has fronted many cover bands with strong theatrical themes. These include The Australian Monkees Show, Sixties Mania, The Australian Beatles and The Fabulous Party Doctors.
Christopher has also worked in some diverse duos, from The Acoustic Ednas (with Sydney jazz singer David McLeod), to accordian/guitar duo “Chris & Svet” (with Svetlana Bunic from Monsieur Camembert), to violin/guitar duo Moodity (with Rachele Wildmare on violin). This jazz/rock duo specialised in wedding entertainment and pub venue gigs.
Christopher’s duos have performed regularly at venues such as the Monkey Bar and the Cat & Fiddle in Balmain, the Intersection Tavern and the Log Cabin in Penrith. Residencies include the Intercontinental Hotel, Sydney and a year’s residency at the Carrington Hotel, Katoomba. He has also worked frequently for the Foreshore Authority at The Rocks, Sydney.
Most recently, Christopher has had a solo music residency twice a week at the Harts Pub in The Rocks.
Christopher’s musical heroes include Sting, Paul Simon, Neil Finn and John Lennon.
These influences plus Christopher’s experience and talent all add up to a great musical show with the added bonus of a singer with a familiar face and feel.
